Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ActionCamera Issues
1. Fix ActionCamera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart ActionCamera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the ActionCamera App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ActionCamera" » Open ActionCamera » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ActionCamera » click "UPDATE".
- Clear ActionCamera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ActionCamera servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ActionCamera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check ActionCamera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ActionCamera might not work.
