1. Though ,TC2000 desktop version with live which I use is very good for trading.This app needs a big update, including features that can compete with thinkORswim, tradestation, or webull.

2. I'd say the company is simply not interested in investing in the time and money it would take to get this app to the point where it is easier to use with some of the features that are built into their desktop version.

3. Why would I ever use this app? Why would I ever use TC2000 on any platform, if this is the quality software they produce?This app is great! It works best as a compliment to the TC2000 desktop program.

4. Can only go up from here! (chart timeout to slow error is the most frustrating)It says: Chart loading is slow, check network conditions then Chart timeout, check network conditions.

5. Some things in this current version are simply stupid like having the price scale not work for stocks with prices over $1000 (it reads $1k between $1000 and $2000).

1. Fix TC2000 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TC2000: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TC2000 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TC2000" » Open TC2000 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TC2000 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TC2000 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TC2000 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TC2000" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TC2000 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TC2000 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TC2000. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TC2000 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TC2000 not working

2. Fix TC2000 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TC2000 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TC2000 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TC2000 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
