1. Over all, I WANT to love this app, but slow refresh rates, or failed refreshes, on top of not being able to use all the features that the iphone users have (and we are supposed to have, but are not functional) seems like a waste of money for the app, being that we paid the same price.

2. I have a android.Used to work great, however lately there seems to be alot of bugs and technical issues for Android users.

3. The Android version needs to be updated, both Operating systems pay the SAME amount for the APP!No longer pulls from CWA and has become a completely useless app on my phone.

4. You can't compose any message, and when someone write you one from the iphone app, it doesn't go through, and the user isn't made aware that the android user didn't receive the message.

5. The lack of android updates and equal price for android and apple with unequal features is extremely frustrating.

6. Only issue for me is I can't delete crew members from the crew list on my android phone.

7. Where is the support for Android users? Don't we get charged the same as iOS users? Currently on a trip with a useless app.

1. Fix CrewBuddy 2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CrewBuddy 2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CrewBuddy 2 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CrewBuddy 2" » Open CrewBuddy 2 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CrewBuddy 2 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CrewBuddy 2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CrewBuddy 2 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CrewBuddy 2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CrewBuddy 2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CrewBuddy 2 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CrewBuddy 2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CrewBuddy 2 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CrewBuddy 2 not working

2. Fix CrewBuddy 2 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CrewBuddy 2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CrewBuddy 2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CrewBuddy 2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
