Why should I report an Issue with PixelFlow: Intro Video maker?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of PixelFlow to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. However, I was still able to create an Outro for the project team (working alongside) to use when sneak-peeking... Cutsom Image, background AND audio from my own library was added beautifully and surprisingly exported in HD; which in my experience [apps] largely require the paid version to utilize.

2. Hope to see this develop more!Everything was A-OK, there was a good variety of transitions, you could watch an ad for one feature instead of paying for a subscription, and you could use solid backgrounds.

3. I really enjoy using ur app 👏I love this app as it's probably the best tool currently available for creating intros, and interface looks futuristic.

4. Font scaling for individual lines of text and text wrapping would be helpful, as well as adding additional lines of text when needed.

5. Options are pretty basic across the board; not many choices to conisder --- i.e. Font styles for "free" mostly look very similar.

6. I'd rather see a $3 - $5 basic version that is far less hamstrung and then the offer of a reasonably priced subscription with all features, fonts and templates.

7. So we dont need to alter gradient of color, and all the template again, that means we can put it as saved project.

1. Fix PixelFlow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PixelFlow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PixelFlow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PixelFlow" » Open PixelFlow: Intro Video maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PixelFlow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PixelFlow: Intro Video maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PixelFlow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PixelFlow: Intro Video maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PixelFlow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PixelFlow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PixelFlow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PixelFlow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PixelFlow not working

2. Fix PixelFlow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PixelFlow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PixelFlow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PixelFlow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
