1. So, even though I'm not sure if I'll use the service, I have to pay twice the upfront cost because my email is good enough to charge me but not to use the app.One of the worst apps that I have ever seen, if the service was not so convenient with the cars having such a great range I would have definitely stopped using it by now.

2. Logs me out constatly and in key time-sensitive moments One year after this comment, problem still persists One of the worst car sharing apps I've ever tried!Unfortunately the app just doesn't seem to work.

3. If you pay by packs of Wible, you end up doing the computation yourself to understand how much the journey costed...The new app works much better than the previous one, the search and booking are easier and more intuitive and I haven't had any more issues pausing and resuming a trip.

4. App freezes every 5 minutes, does not let you lock or unlock the car, the Bluetooth system for unlocking has never worked, and changing payment method requires a call to customer services almost every time.

5. Wible will be welcome to contact me if they solve their problems.Buggy to the point of unreliable! Was the cause of me arriving late more than once! Reserving the wrong car; not showing me the location after I make a reservation! Etc.

6. Upon documents scan step it stopped working and reopening the app doesn't allow to proceed with document scan.

7. My question is then why do you have an app, what's the point if you're not willing to improve it at all??App just does the job… but not always! Specifically: The privacy notice appears ALWAYS, no matter how many times I accept it.

8. There is no way to report vehicle status at the beginning of each trip.I use reserve cars on this app frequently.

9. However, the app is terrible: constantly logs you out and and on several occasions when you reserve a car it disappears from the map and the app doesn't recognise the reservation.

11. The trip pause function just closes the app and is unable to do the job ever: either leave the car open or finish the ride.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WiBLE Issues

1. Fix WiBLE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WiBLE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WiBLE App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WiBLE" » Open WiBLE – carsharing Madrid » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WiBLE » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WiBLE – carsharing Madrid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WiBLE servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WiBLE – carsharing Madrid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WiBLE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WiBLE might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WiBLE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WiBLE then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WiBLE not working


2. Fix WiBLE Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WiBLE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WiBLE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WiBLE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
