1. TERRIBLE!! Car would not lock, drop-off location does not exist but is shown on map, I did not know that a 3.5 hr rental would cost $62 (because the app doesn't tell you how much the rental is until you return the car), and it also doesn't tell you before renting that "free floating " vehicles need to be parked in a specific zone after you're done.

I still check everyday to see if i can add my credit or debit card and NOTHING called mocean and girl said they cant do anything about it and that it has to be done from my end l, i asked if they would manually enter it for me answer=NOThe cars are great the idea is wonderful but there app platform need major help.

3. They don't seem to want to make money.I give the idea 5 stars, however the developers of this app need to look into the payment portion of the app.

4. Called a week ago for help, no response!Beautiful vehicles, great system except you can't pay for your trip.

5. It gets stuck, it does not process in the first try, it almost does not allow you to add any payment method.

6. I went to rent a car at 2:30 and the car was no where to be found I called customer care & all they could do is give the address which I already had.

7. Their app and website keep refusing my payment method.

8. Still weeks later, no one has attempted to contact me or solve the payment problem.

9. I've tried taking pictures in app and trying to upload from a file.

10. Contacted customer service and every single time I get the same response.

1. Fix Mocean Carshare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mocean Carshare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mocean Carshare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mocean Carshare" » Open Mocean Carshare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mocean Carshare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mocean Carshare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mocean Carshare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mocean Carshare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mocean Carshare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mocean Carshare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mocean Carshare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mocean Carshare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mocean Carshare not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mocean Carshare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
