Why should I report an Issue with Karaoke - Sing with MyKara?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of VTechnology JSC to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Some videos do not work, seems to be working better for Asian part of the globe :D my microphone didn't go well with app, you could barely hear my voice although you can play around with the echo and other functionsI've had this app for over 4 years and up until 2 years ago it was the best karaoke app out there and now it is horrible cant hear yourself while singing anymore and the horrible delays I'm about to delete this app unless y'all go and fix it to how it used to be very disappointed nowAnother you tube app! Don't waist your time just open up your you you've and sing along! This is not a karaoke app! Please stop with this trash and actually work on an app!dang good app it's like the best app for karaoke I've had pretty good karaoke apps but not like this wow it's amazing nothing at all wrong with this one much love 5 starsMusic and vocals don't even sync together.

2. App store did not allow mykara and I think Google should do the same, kick them out terminate themEvery thing was in a different language and I couldn't understand it at all it was a horrible experience the worst app ever.Can't pick a song you want, they are all outdated.

3. I remember the good old days when you could hear yourself as you sang AND you didn't have to sync your voice to the music after you sang.

1. Fix Karaoke Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Karaoke: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Karaoke App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Karaoke" » Open Karaoke - Sing with MyKara » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Karaoke » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Karaoke - Sing with MyKara app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Karaoke servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Karaoke - Sing with MyKara" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Karaoke app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Karaoke might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Karaoke. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Karaoke then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Karaoke not working

2. Fix Karaoke Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Karaoke be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Karaoke not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Karaoke may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
