1. It keeps telling you to login it tells you it was a success and then when you go to login it tells you your information is wrong... Too complicated!Song choice good and some work ok but no instructions, you pick favorites but it doesnt store them or you cant access them, and WORST, i paid for premium plan but it didnt work or revognize it and just asked me to pay again, tho the charge did go throygh on my catrier bill,-- had to go to alot of trouble to get refund-- emailed developer but dont know if ill hear back because neither app nor playstore asked for MY return email address--UPDATE-DOESNT WORK, SONGS DONT LOAD, PLAYSTORE SHOULD ENDIt is very simple and easy to use.

1. Fix R&B Ringtones Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart R&B Ringtones: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the R&B Ringtones App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "R&B Ringtones" » Open R&B Ringtones » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for R&B Ringtones » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear R&B Ringtones app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from R&B Ringtones servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "R&B Ringtones" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check R&B Ringtones app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, R&B Ringtones might not work.
