1. Still best gift app I've usedLove this app, really works well and tells and shows me everything I bought, I just wish I could archive the gifts from year to year so I can see what I bought the previous years.

Today I open it to wrap and log more gifts and all my information is completely wiped cleaned!!!!!😡 I had 17 family members and all their gifts and prices logged now it's all gone and I have no paper back up!!! Needless to say I am VERY VERY UPSET! so now that I don't have anything on file I will delete the app unless you can tell me how to get everything back.Christmas lifesaver.

3. It lacks a way to keep notes on people that can carry over from year to year, such as sizes and interests, though.Wish I could move people around and sort them, like when they're done I could move them to the bottom of the list.

1. Fix Gift List Diary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gift List Diary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gift List Diary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gift List Diary" » Open Gift List Diary - Christmas Pr » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gift List Diary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gift List Diary - Christmas Pr app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gift List Diary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gift List Diary - Christmas Pr" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gift List Diary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gift List Diary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gift List Diary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gift List Diary then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gift List Diary not working
