1. Otherwise it's perfect!2 New features please!! Is it possible to add a way to the calendar for a customer to input a coupon code and get a free booking without paying a deposit.. (2) would it be possible to make it required that someone put in a phone number for text message and not just an email most people do not check emails.. otherwise this app is still super great one of the best on the market.. this app is one of the best computerized receptionist.Have had this app for several years, Thanksgiving 2021 it crashed for my android.
2. I've been using Visibook for over a year now, and they've definitely made improvements to it! (Though it was great from the start.) For me, it would get five stars if there was a way for clients to make requests through the calendar, instead of directly adding themselves to the schedule.
3. I needed an appointment app that 1) customers could schedule and change their own appointments, 2) could schedule for 3 offices in the same app, 3) would send out automatic text and/or email reminders, 4) worked equally well on phone or computer.
4. only thing is, once you have booked the appointment it says it has sent a confirmation text to the client, but it doesnt, and doesnt send text reminders to clients it only sends emails.
5. I can now let my clients sign up for all of our classes! The platform is just so clean and sleek! Can you believe that I was able to speak to someone (Brian) personally by PHONE to have a few of my questions answered? Now that is the highest level of customer service in the industry.

8. I’ve been using the free trial for a full month and have booked over 100 appointments, so I had to upgrade to the unlimited.
9. My only concern now is that they don’t “update” the app to the point of uselessness (how many perfect apps have been destroyed by updates?)good app easy to use.
10. It all sounds good on paper and in theory but once you start using the thing in real life situations it doesn’t work.
11. I don’t think $19.95 per month for unlimited bookings is cheap but the App works perfectly and, frankly, if you’re seeing over 100 clients a month the $19.95 shouldn’t be an issue.
