I don't want to subscribe when football is off season and I'm not using it to watch anything.Really bad/ugly app, the app doesn't deserve any star (just give 1 star bcs i can't post my comment), the subscription is expensive, error several time, download video but can't play without internet, always loading for anything, and really really slow to open or play video, so many drawbacks, etc, really dissapointed.For me it's a wonderful app because give the opportunity no see sports and international competitions like the vnl, the single small problem are the adds but considering that is a free app so it's perfect for me a big ten of tenSubscribed to watch EPL.

I got fed up so moved onto different app hoping that it would've been sorted by the time I came back but it wouldnt! - I ended up delete n reinstalled the app, redo the process all over again..but problems still the same!I'm from Tanzania, how can I subscribe this app, because payment is not available in the play store.

1. Fix Vidio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vidio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vidio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vidio" » Open Vidio: Sports, Movies, Series » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vidio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vidio: Sports, Movies, Series app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vidio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vidio: Sports, Movies, Series" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vidio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vidio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vidio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vidio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vidio not working

2. Fix Vidio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vidio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vidio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vidio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
