1. Just the page of the home templates sometimes doesn't load but in general is a very good user experience to have fun with the videos.This app was absolutely fantastic, so good infact that i started paying 4 a monthly subscription, but alas, no longer working right! Keeps saying abnormal network 4 some strange reason, and won't load, my network is three/3 and my phone is a galaxy s20fe!!! Please fix thanks!!!Though this app has every good feature one problem is that i can't cut any part of the music.If i select any music i can't cut the beginning nor the ending.even splitting the music to delete won't work😑.if there is a way then please let me knowThis is the best app for transitions✌️.

2. Thank you!I was really enjoying this app until it got stuck in zoom mode, no matter what clips I use or how I add them (I'm not using any templates) with no way to turn it off, even after a reinstall, and so far I haven't gotten any response for help so I'm just going to cancel my subscription.

3. The one thing that upsets me, however, is for some reason right in the middle of editing my video the app either shuts off and I have to restart my project, or every ten seconds an ad for upgrade options will appear.

4. I pay for the full version and idk what happened but the last several weeks it's been crashing, freezing, and not able to access drafts to continue working on them.

5. I was going to share this app for my friends but because of the watermark 😶 .TysmNice app, the ad experience is good.

6. I push export and it gives me an add about the pro, I don't wanna buy it so I push the X, it takes me right back to where you edit the video.

7. Wasn't as straight forward as I required (no large/resizeable shapes, needed to block personal info), but I was able to do what I needed.

1. Fix GoCut Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GoCut: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GoCut App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GoCut" » Open GoCut - Effect Video Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GoCut » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GoCut - Effect Video Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GoCut servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GoCut - Effect Video Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GoCut app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GoCut might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GoCut. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GoCut then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GoCut not working

2. Fix GoCut Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GoCut be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GoCut not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GoCut may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
