1. Please someone help me need to get access to wallet.Got hacked by fake website, lost a very large amount of tokens, website still up and running ready to hack others but can't report it to anyone at vechain as there is next to no contact, emailed them but days have passed and still nothing.

1. Fix VeChainThor Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VeChainThor Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VeChainThor Wallet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VeChainThor Wallet" » Open VeChainThor Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VeChainThor Wallet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VeChainThor Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VeChainThor Wallet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VeChainThor Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VeChainThor Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VeChainThor Wallet might not work.
