1. Started September 2020 and is not fixed!Change it back! - whatever change you made to this app yesterday, March 8th 2021, change it back!!!!! Now photos delay and shoot whenever they want (have to go back and re-shoot multiple failed shots, the focus circle is gone making it harder to center objects perfectly (SUCKS WITH PHOTO OCD), and now the Flash and Grid controls are in the photo frame, ANNOYING, doesn't help at all trying to make sure you have the vehicle in the right frame.

2. Most of the time that you want to update your notes, don't work and you have to do it multiple times and after six or ten times trying finally work, I hope it gets better with the time 👏👏👏👏.3-8-2023 App keeps crashing for 2 days I have an Android and the app started to crash 3/8/2023.

3. But other then that I very happy to be able to take pictures.I use this app to takes pictures of cars for work.

4. It would also be nice to change the exposure in the camera interface or be able to choose the focus point and it stay there instead of reverting back to center after just a few seconds.

5. I'm trying to do my taking pictures off vehicles and can't because the app keeps crashing.

6. They DON'T work! I would recommend looking for other options before you sign up with vAuto! - Login issue started since they moved over to the bridge ID login.

7. Then there was an update and you can no longer adjust the lighting while taking the pictures or crop them.

8. Taking the picture in the native camera function if the app leaves an incredibly blurry photo regardless of the camera setting in the app.

9. The only problem I see wish the update is the pictures seem a little grainy.

1. Fix Provision Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Provision: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Provision App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Provision" » Open Provision » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Provision » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Provision app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Provision servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Provision" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Provision app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Provision might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Provision. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Provision then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Provision not working

2. Fix Provision Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Provision be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Provision not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Provision may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
