1. I shall be looking for a more reliable alternative.It's crashing all time, before it's happen but after 2- 3 days it's working fine, now we send so many feedback but not a good response, please sortout as soon as possible, otherwise it's good.Hello....until now , this app has been working beautifully but all of a sudden , since my phone's last update , it crashes evertime I try to open it.

2. (For those having issues, don't use it as a 'P2P/cloud' app - you must enter the DVR IP/port info manually and forward it properly on your router.) Thanks to the developer for this.just about works for me but frequently crashes requiring force stop and restart.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix vMEyeSuper Issues

1. Fix vMEyeSuper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart vMEyeSuper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the vMEyeSuper App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "vMEyeSuper" » Open vMEyeSuper » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for vMEyeSuper » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear vMEyeSuper app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from vMEyeSuper servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "vMEyeSuper" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check vMEyeSuper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, vMEyeSuper might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall vMEyeSuper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall vMEyeSuper then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing vMEyeSuper not working


2. Fix vMEyeSuper Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make vMEyeSuper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to vMEyeSuper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, vMEyeSuper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
