About Userlytics

I switched over to lap top,it still refered me back to phone.I have usertesting app as well I have had usertesting for a month now have not qualified for a survey and have not been notified.... by comparison I downloaded this last night and did my first survey today after being emailed there was one available.

Sometimes, it said that I had to explain something, but there was no place to writeGreat app but not everyone can participate, survey selections go fast within an hour on average and close to not accept any more testersFirst time using the app version, and it was very easy to use, and it didn't take very long to upload at the end.Fairly easy to use, and quite quick at performance.

3. But when I looked at the website there was 2 studies: 1 on mobile and 1 on desktop.I love using the app! When I get sent an invite for the surveys I can just go through it on the app instead of opening it up to the browser and taking the questionnaire from there.

4. It saves me time and I'm able to do the surveys on my phone, some require the computer but doing it through the app on my phone is easier.It was hard to use it, when I had to record my voice I couldn't find the button.

5. When I get an invite and launch from the website it then leads me to the app which either loads for a long time or shows me nothing on the screen after it's done loading.

6. I wish that the app was more fluid where it's not going away to do the survey and come back but as long as I can do them and get paid I will be a happy 5 star user.I think y'all might be about due for another update.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Userlytics Issues

1. Fix Userlytics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Userlytics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Userlytics App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Userlytics" » Open Userlytics » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Userlytics » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Userlytics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Userlytics servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Userlytics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Userlytics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Userlytics might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Userlytics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Userlytics then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Userlytics not working


2. Fix Userlytics Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Userlytics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Userlytics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Userlytics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
