1. Wonder what other options to book the flights.The "my flight" page is allways loading and doesn't work, the voucher page doesn't work, no possibilities to claim partner airlines missing miles online... Basically work only for booking.

2. Not all problem must be solved by fancy shmancy app especially if there was never a ptoblem with old system.Lousy app, page cannot be loaded, got stuck while loading all the time.

3. It is now able to show flight schedule properly, easier trip arrangements and much better User Interface than before.

4. Last time, the customer service asked me to send an email describing the problems, but the inbox was full so I had to call again.

5. My email was then replied, but I was told to reset my password AGAIN as if I hadn't explained that it was done many times before.the app is of no use to keep track of your flight/itinerary/seats.

1. Fix FlyGaruda Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FlyGaruda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FlyGaruda App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlyGaruda" » Open FlyGaruda » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlyGaruda » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FlyGaruda app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlyGaruda servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlyGaruda" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FlyGaruda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlyGaruda might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FlyGaruda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlyGaruda then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlyGaruda not working

2. Fix FlyGaruda Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlyGaruda be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlyGaruda not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlyGaruda may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
