1. Other proper news applications like Duniya news etc are more trust worthy applications then Urdupoint.Using more than one year but now after update every time massage is comming on mobile screen that unfortunately urdu point has stopped.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UrduPoint.com » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UrduPoint.com app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UrduPoint.com servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UrduPoint.com" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UrduPoint.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UrduPoint.com might not work.
