1. Some time it runs and some time it stops.No points are added and app is not working.I am not getting any reward points for my debit card transactions since last 06 months.

2. If one cannot change /update password then it's uselessNo reward points are getting credited since last 8 to 9 months.

3. But since last 3-4 months, the reward points are not being added and no details available in the app for same.

4. But wait, there are no other options for us (union bank credit card users) to spend our Reward points.

5. I think the developers are on a paid leave.Reward points are not getting added from February 2023 onwards.

1. Fix Union Rewardz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Union Rewardz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Union Rewardz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Union Rewardz" » Open Union Rewardz » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Union Rewardz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Union Rewardz app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Union Rewardz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Union Rewardz" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Union Rewardz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Union Rewardz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Union Rewardz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Union Rewardz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Union Rewardz not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Union Rewardz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Union Rewardz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Union Rewardz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
