1. Cannot get more worst.Why amazon prime membership offer is not working! Always shows message " something went wrong please try later " can't you correct it or you are not interested in giving the offerVery bad experience, my reward points show transaction failed too.

2. So u decide whether security of ur phone is important or this app is important?? Good luckI purchased an Amazon gift voucher worth 2000 with some points and the rest with cash from my card.

4. If this app is made to steal from people so blatantly, shame on you.I was doing an airtel recharge of 479.. I have already 100 something in app then I paid 366.50 via my atm card but it's all not showing in transaction history.

5. need multiple trials to redeem points.. This app ask us to disable devloper options, but enable it for security reasons, for eg.

6. It shows payment was successful but I didn't get any msg from my operator but the points and money was debited from my account.

7. But the recharge was not done plz do something.Nothing works properly... every time I try to recharge my mobile with points, app gets blank white... nothing happens .

8. Cannot redeem my points even buying a high value voucher.

9. Even your SBI Card app don't works properly...soooo irritatingDoesn't have bill pay option, which it keeps showing as coming soon from so many years.

1. Fix SBI Rewardz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SBI Rewardz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SBI Rewardz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SBI Rewardz" » Open SBI Rewardz » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SBI Rewardz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SBI Rewardz app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SBI Rewardz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SBI Rewardz" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SBI Rewardz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SBI Rewardz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SBI Rewardz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SBI Rewardz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SBI Rewardz not working

2. Fix SBI Rewardz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SBI Rewardz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SBI Rewardz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SBI Rewardz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
