1. These apps are reading ALL your data causing the sluggish..Absolutely screwed up all the functionality of the last working app I have been unable to log in for the past 3 weeks, no one at internal comms will reply/acknowledge my support requests, and therefore my rota is a complete mystery.

2. I get you're proud of Aldi achievements but I want my stuff first.Overdesigned. The old app took 1 click to view the rota and this one now takes at least 3.

3. Clicking the My Rota option locks me into "my rota" but clicking Team Rota sends me to my rota with the option to change it? So far I see nothing that I couldn't access with the old app and it looks basically the same.

4. Disappointing.Good idea, it's nice to see a rota but it's not showing any hrs worked.

5. I also dove in a bit deeper into its functions and realized it's not just a way to check your rota but is a community in its self.

6. Also all the screens like the rota and team rota screens are exactly the same.

7. People only use the app for their rota or their payslip; I could care less about the MyFeed or the MyWellness section.

8. It would of been better releasing it when it was completed.App doesn't show actual shifts worked since last update.

9. TO EVERYONE with compants about the "clunky factor" you may want to check apps like Facebook, WhatsApp, and tiktok aren't the cause.

1. Fix MyALDI V2.0 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyALDI V2.0: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyALDI V2.0 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyALDI V2.0" » Open MyALDI V2.0 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyALDI V2.0 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyALDI V2.0 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyALDI V2.0 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyALDI V2.0" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyALDI V2.0 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyALDI V2.0 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyALDI V2.0. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyALDI V2.0 then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyALDI V2.0 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyALDI V2.0 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
