1. Their customer service has been great, I just spoke with Ari and she was very helpful solving my problem! Totally recommend, it would get 5 stars if the app could do more of what the 'desktop' version does.This app has made a huge difference in my ability to host my old house! Recent interactions with customer service were great.

2. However, I've given it two stars instead of one because fundamentally it does work if I view it from a web browser instead of the app, their customer service was great, and it helped me find a cleaner on very short notice, for a date when my other cleaners were not available.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Turno Issues

1. Fix Turno Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Turno: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Turno App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Turno" » Open Turno for Hosts: TurnoverBnB » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Turno » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Turno for Hosts: TurnoverBnB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Turno servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Turno for Hosts: TurnoverBnB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Turno app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Turno might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Turno. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Turno then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Turno not working


2. Fix Turno Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Turno be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Turno not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Turno may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
