1. You need to login to the website for these info's.Nice I have a suggestion for you guys, Will you please make a ad based model to check the cibil score, But for detailed report and other feature offer membership.

My subscription is going to expire, I will not renew it.This is the biggest scam there is...they will show you some other score and forward a different score to banks...all they want is your subscription...just when your subscription expires they will keep bombarding you with messages that you cibil has changed and kindly subscribe...it's all a part of a scamNot a good app.

3. In my bitter experience fter subscription whenever I go to search my cibil score, the display always shows " Sorry we don't recognize your username or password.

4. Cibil and other agencies should start providing at least one complimentary quarterly report instead of yearly.

5. When we move to access other app window while working on cibil, this will entirely close all the details updated just for minimizing it.

6. App is useful for nothing, since login itself doesn't happen.It's not that this app is appalling; in fact, their website is dreadful as well.

7. My Indus CC which is close to a year old, is yet to be reflected in the Cibil portal, but I can see it with other credit raters.

1. Fix CIBIL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CIBIL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CIBIL App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CIBIL" » Open CIBIL® Score & Report » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CIBIL » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CIBIL® Score & Report app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CIBIL servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CIBIL® Score & Report" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CIBIL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CIBIL might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CIBIL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CIBIL then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CIBIL not working

2. Fix CIBIL Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CIBIL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CIBIL not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CIBIL may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
