Why should I report an Issue with Truecaller: AI Call Blocker?

1. The digital assistant need to have an option to simply take a message, instead of letting it ring despite screening.It's a very useful app and it works 99% of the time, I use a dual SIM phone with one for personal and one for business and the user friendly interface is great.

2. This is frustrating especially if the person waited quite some time before responding.I love the fact that you implemented the Assistant feature! It's a nice punch in the face to Google lol! If you can provide the wait-on-hold feature they have, and possibly even record calls, then Google will no longer have anything unique.

3. It blocks 3-5 spam phone calls a day for me, which is great since Android neutered its ability to block callers not in your phone book (it actually does nothing).

4. It's almost useless nUsed to be so good.. For the past month or so I haven't gotten any text notifications even though I have them enabled and battery optimization is OFF.. calls come through just fine but the fact I don't even get any notifications on texts just completely ruins the experience.

5. I know if you are careful and press on the left this usually doesn't happen, but I would like to see the app put a step before you call that number showing details of things like when they called and where they are calling from.Just need two more feature: blocking e-mail to SMS messages.

6. When trying to select a caller to view their information it will call them straight away instead of show you there information.I always thought that it was the phone that was giving me the problem.

7. On the plus side, I never get any kind of spam phone calls because you must be in my contact list to get through or you have to leave voicemail.

8. Please fix the app!!While a great caller ID and screening app its a poor excuse for a text message platform.

9. The text part of the app is not so great, as it splits group texts by message type, but that's not why I have it anyways.

10. It's in contact pages, it's on pop-ups ever few minutes, it pops up while I'm trying to dial a number and I have to wait for it to load so I can click away.

11. I really dislike scams that remove everything you paid for like recording calls and caller ID that don't even work.

1. Fix Truecaller Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Truecaller: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Truecaller App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Truecaller" » Open Truecaller: AI Call Blocker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Truecaller » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Truecaller: AI Call Blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Truecaller servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Truecaller: AI Call Blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Truecaller app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Truecaller might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Truecaller. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Truecaller then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Truecaller not working

2. Fix Truecaller Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Truecaller be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Truecaller not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Truecaller may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
