1. Moreover every now and then I get an annoying popup message in chinese about updating the app, which I really, really hate.When do you change the default value from 100 to 1 in the rate details??? Even if I set legal tender default value to 1 and default value for the main currency to 1, you're still showing 100 in the graph!!!! So stupid! Getting worse with every update.

3. Make updates so that the number of currencies displayed simultaneously can be changed to a desired number.Very nice clean looking, different from standard conversion apps.

4. Besides very clear and simple interface allowing you to calculate the currency you need in seconds, it has a great market section, where I can see an exchange rate of specific currency, which is also very important.

5. By having a mini window floating above, it's easy to switch from different websites and always have xCurrency available on my screen.

1. Fix xCurrency Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart xCurrency: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the xCurrency App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "xCurrency" » Open xCurrency - convert & transfer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for xCurrency » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear xCurrency - convert & transfer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from xCurrency servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "xCurrency - convert & transfer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check xCurrency app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, xCurrency might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall xCurrency. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall xCurrency then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing xCurrency not working

2. Fix xCurrency Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make xCurrency be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to xCurrency not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, xCurrency may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
