1. I have an app that scans my files and show my battery level so to get a trial program that you need to upgrade to see the other features changes that $2.99 price quickly to more expense.

2. DON'T DO IT!!!I have used Total AV in my Android phone for about a year now, and I like that the antivirus system doesn't slow down my phone.

3. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!I have to say that I was a bit underwhelmed with the trial download of Total AV for $2.99 which covered a months usage for a third of the basic price.

1. Fix TotalAV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TotalAV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TotalAV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TotalAV" » Open TotalAV Mobile Security » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TotalAV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TotalAV Mobile Security app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TotalAV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TotalAV Mobile Security" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TotalAV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TotalAV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TotalAV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TotalAV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TotalAV not working

2. Fix TotalAV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TotalAV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TotalAV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TotalAV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
