Cancel TotalAV Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "TotalAV Mobile Security".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "TotalAV" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel TotalAV Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "TotalAV Mobile Security" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to TotalAV will now be canceled.

Cancel TotalAV Subscription on PayPal

1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "TotalAV Mobile Security" or "Protected.net Group Limited" » "Cancel".
4. You are now unsubscribed from TotalAV

Cancel TotalAV via Email

1. Open your email app
2. Provide all the relevant information regarding your account.
3. Provide a reason for the cancelation.
4. Send the email to support@redacted... Login to see email.

1. Visit their website - https://www.totalav.com and login to your account.
2. Goto your profile or account page and click "Billings" or "Subscriptions".

• I have sent in a DISPUTE to PAYPAL and a letter of cancelation and was sent all kind of information and steps to do this on Google Play and don't even use Google Play and got the TotalAV app from digitaltrends but it would NEVER work.

  I could never even access the app or the link sent to my phone and my email numerous times. There is malware or something on my phone that BLOCKS IT. Also I just wanted to try the $2.99 promo and was charged $39.99 TWICE!! I've been working on this refund or trying to get this to work now for over a month and was charged for something I never even asked for or bought and it went thru my PayPal. I canceled my bank card over this so it cannot go back on that bank debit card as it was a subscription and also canceled it thru the PayPal app! You can put the amount $39.99+ $39.99 + $2.99 on my NEW GO2bank Card
