1. That totally defeats the purpose of having notifications set up.The 11/30 update seems to have restored the ability to have 4-digit PINs instead of 6 minimum - thank you for that! The app does all I need except for one major thing: can the developer add the ability to schedule a daily lock time? Example: everyday at 10 pm, lock the door.
2. REPLY TO DEVELOPER: My app does have Passage Mode, but it says "during the specific time period, the Lock will remain Unlocked until it is manually Locked." Since that says 'manually locked' and I'm looking for 'automatically locked', I did not think this was what I was looking for.
3. With alexa, I was able to schedule the door to lock after passage mode time has ended.
4. I have a dead bolt lock with finger print setup, key fob access and door sensor installed.
5. I then installed sensor, so once door closes it locks a few seconds afterwards unless using passage mode that leaves it unlocked during your set time.
6. I do not have that kind of problem with any other of my devices.For some odd reason, after charging the lock, I have lost the ability to open the lock through the finger print reader.
7. The lock and app have so many variables for setting up it is incredible.Only issue is that occasionally, the fingerprint reader won't recognize my print.
8. App leaves much to be desired.I can't speak for longevity but as a person who literally just finished installing the lock and setting up fingerprints for both me and my roommate.
9. Most days I don't get any notifications for the door being unlock even with opening the app and refreshing the records it won't show any code has unlocked the door.
10. I currently utilize Alexa for that function, but sometimes it doesn't work, and just the thought of needing a 3rd party assistant to do a simple schedule seems a bit of an oversight.
11. All records of door access ended 8/13/22 for all my locks.
My old email is no longer valid, how can I change the email because I changed phones and the Verification code is been send to the old one.
Any numbers pushed on the keypad will unlock my door. I can’t leave it like this tonight please help.

I tried again this morning and did the followig:
1. Re-entered my email address and password and hit "Get Code."
2. I looked up my email on another computer and got the code.
3. When I went back onto the phone I was not able to enter anything in the "Verification Code" box. The phone was locked up and I couldn't get the number pad to enter the number.
4. I did this several times with the same results.
What's going on?
I am not able to register on the app. It kept telling me to agree to the terms of the privacy notice, but I couldn't find the place to agree. I reloaded the app and saw the agree button and clicked on it. But when I went to enter the code sent to me the screen disappeared each time. Maybe I exceeded the number of times I'm allowed to try to register. Please let me know what I can do and if you can reset us. I am using a Verizon phone (android). Thanks

Can't sign into the app
My lock is unresponsive. I have 2 TTLocks with this one being my third. However, after installing it is not doing anything. I have tried switching out parts to my other locks and have discovered it is the locking side that is not working. The keypad when switched with another lock is working. I have your handle lock. Everything seems to work except that it doesn't lock. Correct lights and sounds ( it sounds like the motor is locking ) but it is still unlocked. The Passage setting is off. Is there something that I am missing?

We recently purchased a house and we have smart lock system I can provide pics and I can also provide Purchase documents. I would like to change the passcode and set up finger prints and key cards, when I try to reset from the back it asks administrator password- however we do not know who installed and what the initialization passcode, how can i completely reset it - I asked the builder’s realtor and nobody knows registered administrator password - previously many trade people worked on the house and many people may have the passcode that builder provided- we don’t feel comfortable that people have our passcode. We would appreciate if you please let us know what to do. If you request I can take a video to show the lock - thank you
I can't generate a custom passcode on my lock. It says, "operation failed" every time I try. It will generate it's own permanent passcode just fine, but it won't let me customize a shorter passcode.
how do i delete a door lock on the app if , i no longer have the door lock.
the software appears to be working but the only time the locking mechanism actually moves is when you turn the handle manually. the physical keys don’t work either. i added my finger print successfully and programmed a card successfully. however the computer says “door locked” the lock doesn’t move- same with card. and using the actual key does move it. please help.
The app asks for a gateway and shows a white box. Do I have to buy this gateway to set up my lock?
