1. It been 3 days since it has been listed but yet still showing UNVERIFIED TOKEN, I can't even swap or do anything with it.This app gave me one of the worst experience in coin swapping process Lost some bucks trying to swap to usdt and eventually ended up getting their so called ton energy instead of performing the actual swap.

This manipulation of the address is highly concerning and, frankly, unacceptable.This app is the worst thing ever, don't download it, use telegram instead, You need gas fee for EVERYTHING, even if you want to swap usdt to ton (to use as gas fee for another transaction), if they can, they'll charge gas fee for breathing while on the app.

1. Fix Tonkeeper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tonkeeper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tonkeeper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tonkeeper" » Open Tonkeeper — TON Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tonkeeper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tonkeeper — TON Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tonkeeper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tonkeeper — TON Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tonkeeper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tonkeeper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tonkeeper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tonkeeper then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tonkeeper not working

2. Fix Tonkeeper Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tonkeeper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tonkeeper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tonkeeper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
