So the Best way forward is to take the money from the card after the shopping has been done by the lazy staff...just like how other supermarkets do I have never seen any other supermarket take the full money from the card before picking the itemsThey delivered incomplete items.. been 3mos since i made the orders and i didn't received any refund.
2. One thing which is BIG problem is that why does Panda take the money beforehand?They should take money once their lazy staff have done the shopping.Because most of the time half the things dont come and then the money taken beforehand IS NEVER refunded.
3. I faced the same issue twice for different order, they deducted the money after that upadted the status as delivered even though items were not delivered and finally not refunding the money.
4. This should be illegal!Terrible service; deduct the money, not deliver items and not refunding since long time.
5. There is a missed pack of two packs purchased in a very small order representing horrible lack of commitment and no availble hotline for customer service only by whatsapp (waiting for reply...) or by mailScan won't even work.
6. While calling to customer care they will say we will check but no action but to snatching money with the name of digital app.This app needs lots of basic improvements.
7. I can't make sign-in I wrote my phone number and the email and my name and everything and I don't get the verification code and call the customer service and the company and no answer can give me hint only say the home page or end chat only.
8. Better go to the supermarket rather than buying online.All day waiting for my order .Instead of saving time by ordering through your app spending all day waiting, last time deal with you.
9. Really very bad appThey basically take your money for a while making you think you have an order and they never deliver it to you.
10. Worse online purchase i,v ever had.Bad experience with delivery service for my 1st order using the app.
11. Then you cancel and they give you the money back after 3 weeks.
