1. Thank you.Problem about this platform is too much people streaming and 0 viewers in the platform, unless if you got your own community... Besides that platform is good in a very critical sense, but not very good... 2. mobile devices not for huge loadThat lagging with the keyboard I can't type anything or search about anyone even i can't send them mana or Elixirs It keeps getting worse Trovo team you've to fix itThe application hangs, every time I watch a live, my keyboard appears and hides, and preferably it comes downThe keyboard keeps freaking out when I use it and I have to restart the app.This is the best Live streaming app I've ever seen.

3. The app has been glitching and crashing since yesterday and it crashes all of my other apps /.... Ok i have no idea how to reply to a reply on here so im just gonna edit my original review and let you know that the problem went away and now i can use the app like i usually do.

1. Fix Trovo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Trovo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Trovo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Trovo" » Open Trovo - Watch & Play Together » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Trovo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Trovo - Watch & Play Together app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Trovo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Trovo - Watch & Play Together" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Trovo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Trovo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Trovo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Trovo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Trovo not working

2. Fix Trovo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Trovo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Trovo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Trovo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
