Ah, feeling betrayed!I have believe that m6 account has been wrongly disabled or that there is an error with the app, They will be able to look into the issue and provide my with further information on why my app has been disabled and whether it can be enabled again.I have been trying this app for about a year now.

1. Restart Time Stope: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Time Stope App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Time Stope" » Open Time Stope - Time collector » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Time Stope » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Time Stope - Time collector app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Time Stope servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Time Stope - Time collector" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Time Stope app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Time Stope might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Time Stope. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Time Stope then reinstall.
