Why should I report an Issue with ClickLoot - Earn skins, games and gift cards?

1. Wasted 3 weeks and money to complete Lords Mobile offers then i've been told "this app has to be downloaded for the very first time on this device" , in description it says "new users" = new account.Then i've spended money in Era of Calestials to complete the offer and i've been told the same.

2. Not worth it except you do the useless 20 points offers.If you do the 3k-10k offers you'll be scammed most likely.they are a scam!!! When you try to buy something with credits it gives you an error saying to contact their email, so I did then they blamed it on me for havimg multiple accounts violating the terms and condition.

3. The store gets updated every 4 days,you can buy items worth as cheap as 0.4$ and as expensive as the dragon lore (1000$+) The withdraw is super fast,you only need to verify your account once (first time you try to withdraw) and after that you're good and wont be bothered.

DON'T GET THIS APP.Points come pretty easy first, but after you get like 1000 they just won't come, you get stupid hard quests, that are impossible to complete and the whole system is garbage, if you decide to go for an usp torque it disappears in a few days so u won't get it.The most trash app for earning credits ever.

5. But the reason that I only gave it a 3 star is that the verification system of offer is not good and you would have to send support request and wait for a long time in order to get the reward.

6. Overall easy to get skins but takes some time and effort.It is good for people who wants to have skins but don't want to spend money on it.

7. The problem was that I needed extra verification so I had to open a support ticket or email the management team but they fixed the problem and I got ma money! I like this app and do recommend if you have a bit of patience.

9. Support does their best to help, only thing is it's basically pointless to even have the mobile ads on there, it gives 1 point per 30 second ad, not worth it.I'm not a bot, this is an actual review.

1. Fix ClickLoot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ClickLoot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ClickLoot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ClickLoot" » Open ClickLoot - Earn skins, games and gift cards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ClickLoot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ClickLoot - Earn skins, games and gift cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ClickLoot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ClickLoot - Earn skins, games and gift cards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ClickLoot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ClickLoot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ClickLoot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ClickLoot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ClickLoot not working

2. Fix ClickLoot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ClickLoot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ClickLoot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ClickLoot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
