Why should I report an Issue with Beatwave Pro?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I had beatwave before this new update on a different phone and loved it, why you've taken everything about your app and made it slower? before the update the app was quite smooth, but you've made it janky, hard to use, and I'd say its actually worse looking then before too, so why update it? I think you should at least make an option, or even an entirely different app, that returns it to a time when the app was actually good #makebeatwavegreatagain18 steps per pattern/measure without the ability to change it? That might be standard wherever the devs are but not standard in most electronic music... 1. Fix Beatwave Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Beatwave Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Beatwave Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beatwave Pro" » Open Beatwave Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beatwave Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beatwave Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beatwave Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beatwave Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Beatwave Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beatwave Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Beatwave Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beatwave Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beatwave Pro not working

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Beatwave Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
