1. Would love to rate higher! -NewstateNomadsI'm A Thousand Trails member and can't use my login for this, how is that helpful? Also like many other apps this doesn't show the difference between Thousand Trails and Encore so you can easily get wrapped up in an encore property and find out that it cost you full price, Encore Properties should be noted.app is NOT an actual thousand trails member app! Members still must use the Thousand Trails web site or call for reservations, it is helpful for locating TT campgrounds only! It also does not distinguish between member and encore sites which makes it nearly useless by itself, many improvements must be made before this app is useful alone.This app is good for finding campgrounds and sometimes booking them.

2. Though it would be cool if you could move around and look it still gives an idea of what the place looks like and how clean it is.No way to sign in or create an account, it fails saying it can't load that page try later or call a number, if able to access pw reset, says it sends email but never received ... You can't send feedback because it says install an email app... Thousand Trails member that can't use it makes it worthless.I can't log in using the app.

3. Exit and enter again, every time it asks if your a thousand trails member and you select, it asks for member ID, after entering back to the same select site prompt then nothing! Now I remember why I dumped this app when I first joined!App continues to improve, but now has introduced a new problem: filter by brand/type of campground.

Please add to help members understand what is available for their memberships 👍 Also, as others mention, an app allowing actual member reservations (with true availability calendar based on your membership instead of hunting and pecking to find available dates like the website) would be a dream.

5. I'm forced to use the browser for my Thousand Trails account, which doesn't have the same functionality as CampUSA.

6. Just can't.This app is the worst trying to make an encore reservation, in a park we have stayed at numerous times (reserved using the on line web site) with no trouble.

7. It makes locating parks confusing, there should be a filter option for campground names too.

1. Fix CampUSA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CampUSA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CampUSA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CampUSA" » Open CampUSA™ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CampUSA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CampUSA™ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CampUSA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CampUSA™" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CampUSA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CampUSA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CampUSA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CampUSA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CampUSA not working

2. Fix CampUSA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CampUSA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CampUSA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CampUSA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
