1. Horrible if you are trying to call to play the chance of winning.The Nova app is completely the best out there! Never have any troubles with listening to my favourite songs and all the hosts of the radio station are hilarious,Thanks again Nova for getting me threw my work days 👍Each segment is amazing, the music is amazing, All of the teams are amazing people .

2. Then, it disappears when I don't want it to and stays there when I want to get rid of it! I "closed" the app (not forced stopped) and music kept on playing in the background, with the notification bar non existent.Homescreenfunction on 3 devices not workinstead of stopping on disconnection from Bluetooth it will just play OK phone which is not ideal.

3. Nova is an amazing radio station, my absolute favourite station, which is why I want you guys to improve on the Nova app.

1. Fix Nova Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nova Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nova Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nova Player" » Open Nova Player: Radio & Podcasts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nova Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nova Player: Radio & Podcasts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nova Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nova Player: Radio & Podcasts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nova Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nova Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nova Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nova Player then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nova Player not working

2. Fix Nova Player Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nova Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nova Player not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nova Player may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
