Access to real people if needed.Im with everybody else on this one...harder to navigate, way too much information, too many pages to navigate through and oh yeah there is no way to sign out of the app once youve logged in...the only way to "log out" is there is a button to remove all your info from the app and you have to set it up again the next time you open the app, set up a new pin, add a new fingerprint..etc. what a waste of time the other app was so much faster...dont fix it if it aint broke.I liked the old look better, this app is not as phone user friendly.
2. It allows for switching between accounts so users don't have to log-out and in.Love there is an actual bank to go to or messaging with quick responses when I have an issue instead of some random call center who doesn't care also love that this bank will reach out periodically to see if I need anything or tell me to have a nice weekend feels like people actually backing me up, was even able to open a savings as well on my phone.Easy to use.
3. My dad helped sign us up for saving at the time 🙂Everything about Think Bank is better than every other bank ever worked with! This app is so easy to navigate and the chat is my favorite feature with prompt follow-up and feedback and kind supportive real life people! I don't think I'll ever work with any other bank now that I've had this great experience with them.The app is intuitive and functional.
4. I do appreciate being able to view my Visa balance along with other accounts!Sure, it's flashier than the old app, but it's certainly not more useful.
5. People are used to looking for the logout button (just read the other reviews).
6. Each time a bill is looked at , it starts over at the beginning.One problem i have frequently is when i open the app it tells me it fails to update.
7. It is not convenient, des have a running tally of monthly Bill's being paid like it used to, nor does it list them in order of dates due.
8. Please stop making changes to the look of the page (changing colors and logo) when your app doesnt function properly.
9. All good It would be so nice to be able to stop payment right on the app.
10. I've been having trouble with online companies trying that make it hard to get refunds or charging my account twice.
11. When they are pending, I should be able to stop payment.
