1. At least provide an option to reduce the text size of the temp & humidity [and put the sensor name at the top, who the hell thought it was a good idea to put them at the bottom ?]Pretty flaky activation of devices, even with a hub.
2. When I create a scene to turn on at a specific temp and then another scene to turn off at yet another temp level, it works one time.
3. Bring back the ability to make more than one column of info (I have six temp sensors and it used to fit 2x3 which is MUCH better than the new single row with headings for no reason.The new design is just poor, each item is way too big now.
4. However, there is no cloud service settings in the device settings! If I delete the hub mini the cloud service tab shows up, but I can't enable it because "no hub found".
5. Add a volume or remote widget pls!!!It's great when it works, but infuriating when you suddenly get constant error messages for no reason.
6. WHY CAN'T ANYONE MAKE ANYTHING THAT ACTUALLY WORKS PROPERLY?!!!The device is probably good, but like others you sign up, it requires a confirmation code that doesn't! There is no way to contact them.
7. The tutorial tells you to enable cloud service in switch bot settings to use it with Alexa.
8. So far, this is a GREAT use case, however, the only reason I subtracted a star is for the only thing that I would want in this app, more customization in the remotes and widgets.
9. If i re-tweak the scene with the temp values, it then works again only once.
10. When the temp rises or falls again past those thresholds a second time, it does nothing.
11. Also, thermometer data just builds up over time and can take a significant amount of space on your device.
Hello, i have been trying to reach switchbot customer service for some time now. I have tried facebood and whatsapp with no response.
I am interested in buying the new Switchbot Lock + Keypad + Hub mini and it is very hard to trust a company who wont even answer their customers during their open hours. All i would like to know is if there would be Duties applied to my order when shipped to Montreal, Qc, Canada. It was mentionned i may have to pay duties and i would like to know if that would be the case for this delivery location. An answer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
