1. I would definitely love to see some more features like the ability to require cards for new clients, the ability to edit appointments and/or slide them, a way to open certain spots without changing the overall booking time interval, and of course, a calendar widget.
2. I did NOT rate it 5 🌟 because there is no EDIT option so that I could add services that a clients wants to add while at the shop, I have to "cancel" the appointment and then rebook in order to add the additional services.
3. It would be even greater if there was an option that would allow "touch and drag" rearranging of the service options in the order you would like, instead of having to delete and retype the service to appear in a specific order.
4. Weird.. Also annoying, I have to go to calendar to message my barber via recent messages.
5. As a barber it has help me be more punctual and has eliminated alot of dialogue between me and my clients in terms of texting or calling.
6. I use this app whenever I can't make it to my regular barber, so if it had a filter that allowed me to eliminate barbers that are not open or have already closed for the day then it would be a HUGE improvement.
7. Other than that, I recommend using The Cut app to any Barber or Stylist looking for convenience and reliability in an app.I love this app.
8. Used to be able to upload pictures now says doesn't have permission I've searched everywhere to allow permission but there is no option for me to allow pictures.
9. But what's more irritating is the app feels it is acceptable to notify me at 1:00 AM to tell me my barber, who I just saw TODAY, has an availability for TOMORROW! Outstanding job guys...This app is way too simplistic.

11. Alot of ppl call asking how too book NOT knowing that pressing the barber chair is where you'd book.
The cut disabled my account allowing clients to book with me but I can't use the app still charging me so gor the pass 3 weeks I've been trying yo get a income report for thr month of july something I need right away n I can't get anyone to respond to me I use to think this app was the best out there for 4 yrs I dnt know what to do I need that income report n less then 10 days please help me
