Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix The Credit Pros Issues

1. Fix The Credit Pros Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart The Credit Pros: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the The Credit Pros App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Credit Pros" » Open The Credit Pros: Credit repair » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Credit Pros » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear The Credit Pros: Credit repair app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Credit Pros servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Credit Pros: Credit repair" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check The Credit Pros app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Credit Pros might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall The Credit Pros. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Credit Pros then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Credit Pros not working


2. Fix The Credit Pros Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Credit Pros be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Credit Pros not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Credit Pros may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I have tried calling to cancel my subscription several times and have only been able to be on hold until I had to give up because I dont have time to sit for hours waiting I and try another time, and its been the same every time. I'm highly unsatisfied with creditpros. I use Lexington Law. Please put my $69.00... and the other $69.00 back in my bank account. My bank is informed Not to release another penny to Creditpros. There hasn't been Anything done for me...not one document sent, such as Lexington Law has done. REFUND MY $$$...TODAY. 06/28/2021..!!!
