I don't think I will ever come back or recommend this company.It's a nice app but the location nearest me (Provo) doesn't accept online takeout orders, so what's the point of this app when you already have a website that's basically a carbon copy of your app? I'd be happy to give the app five stars if I could actually order takeout.

2. Great food, horrible app! It's buggy & doesn't have the full menu, for example there's no way to order brisket on any of the plates.

3. It loses orders too!foods great but the app doesnt allow me to pick the drive thru option it also app lags a lot compared to other food apps I have downloaded.I've been to many locations.

4. Then I get to the store, I ordered at and the system doesn't even have the order and they said it never went through even though my card was charged.

5. If you want to redeem the rewards points you have to have your phone in the store and after charging your card the full amount they'll give a refund to your card for the reward amount.

6. As this is a food ordering app, being unable to order makes it completely useless.

7. We aren't all born after 2000 that want to use the app.I have never been able to successfully place an order with this app, as you cannot log in.

11. Please tell me why I had to scroll through nearly 30 years to find my birthday by clicking the month back arrows instead of being allowed a way to type in the month, day, and year.

1. Fix R&R BBQ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart R&R BBQ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the R&R BBQ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "R&R BBQ" » Open R&R BBQ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for R&R BBQ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear R&R BBQ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from R&R BBQ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "R&R BBQ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check R&R BBQ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, R&R BBQ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall R&R BBQ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall R&R BBQ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing R&R BBQ not working

2. Fix R&R BBQ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make R&R BBQ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to R&R BBQ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, R&R BBQ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
