1. Fix 企鹅FM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart 企鹅FM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "企鹅FM" » Open 企鹅FM » click "Update".

- Clear 企鹅FM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 企鹅FM servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "企鹅FM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
