1. I called the help phone number and it went ti a voicemail.Bad app, full of glitches, constantly logs off, no updates or patchesTerrible connection issues, however very convenient when it works but unfortunately it never works.Does not pair thermostat with phone.

2. It will not let me even see my thermostat.Bad app the sensitive touch doesn't work properly and the main menu doesn't show the whole screen so I can't see it how many degrees are.

3. All you see is the number 7 only first numberThis app sucks! It drops my thermostat all the time! And it doesn't even display the numbers correctly.
