I can look at a 98% blank screen any day without having to download an app.If I could leave a review without leaving a star I would because zero star is needed for this review since all I receive is a black screen with a picture of a character holding a box and no movies or TV shows appear of any kind, I am definitely uninstalling.U sign in u can't see anything except for the man in the box there isn't any TV channels except for one thing it dosent open I think someone wants everyone info that's why people have to sign in.Honestly the worst app I have EVER used.

2. For my advice can you atleast try add alittle bit more to your collection? Get something thats well know genre such as paranormal activity, family guy, American Dad, Avengers and much more.

3. It is definitely amazing and I can recommend others into watching movies or series on BTV.

1. Fix BTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BTV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BTV" » Open BTV - Movies & Live TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BTV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BTV - Movies & Live TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BTV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BTV - Movies & Live TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BTV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BTV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BTV not working

2. Fix BTV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
