Or it is there but the only option is to start watching again and Do not gives the option to search for he episode watch last, really annoying :-( I want to change the star to only 2 and don't let me do it :-[Between the repeated targeted commercials and the issues with the app (loss of volume, skipping, going back to previously watched episodes, this app is horrible)! 2. In multiple occasions I have cleared all the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still doesn't work!Great content, ridiculous number of ads, you can't rewind without having to watch up to eight advertisements every time!.

3. Please fix, I can't watch any telenovelas without the English subtitles.Used for only 10 mins and I'm very disappointed because theres a ridiculous amount of ads/commercials.

5. Technology is behind other services, learn form Hulu!.The good thing about it is the possibility of seeing passed episodes.

1. Fix Telemundo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Telemundo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Telemundo App. Here is how:

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Telemundo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Telemundo: Series y TV en vivo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Telemundo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Telemundo: Series y TV en vivo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Telemundo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Telemundo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Telemundo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Telemundo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Telemundo not working

2. Fix Telemundo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Telemundo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Telemundo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Telemundo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
