Why should I report an Issue with NoxLucky - 4K Live Wallpapers?

1. My only issue with it is the fact that I can only set one live as my wallpaper and I want to have videos playing on my home and lockscreen (it will only work on home screen and when I go into my settings to make it work on my lock screen it automatically makes them the same video even though I would rather have different ones).After using the app it can be easily said that the developers are unfocused, they are great but they are trying to achieve everything with same priority in one app.

2. When I choose no sound option, still hearing sound of home screen live wallpaper.

Not only that but I'm annoyed that you're asked the first time if you want it to be just the home screen or with the lock screen (no option for just lock screen) but then it saves what you chose before and so you can't choose different wallpapers for your lock screen and home screen which greatly annoys me.

4. Most of the search result are "no result found" For an example , I wish to search cats live wallpaper , cat live wallpaper does exist in this app but the result shows nothing.

5. Especially, the best option is custom live wallpaper feature, it is awesome.!It's okay but I've had to watch an ad again to use the wallpaper I've unlocked before after the app logs out by itself.

6. I clicked on my favorite live wallpaper just to be greeted with ballerina sounding music that scarred the flying ducks out of me.

7. And every photo wallpaper cannot be premium, just make some of the best wallpaper as premium wallpaper.There are tons of wallpapers in the app library in many different topic and style.

8. This is a good app! So far I really like it and it makes live wallpapers easily accessible and customizable.

1. Fix NoxLucky Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NoxLucky: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NoxLucky App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NoxLucky" » Open NoxLucky - 4K Live Wallpapers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NoxLucky » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NoxLucky - 4K Live Wallpapers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NoxLucky servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NoxLucky - 4K Live Wallpapers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NoxLucky app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NoxLucky might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NoxLucky. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NoxLucky then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NoxLucky not working

2. Fix NoxLucky Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NoxLucky be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NoxLucky not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NoxLucky may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
