1. My goal for completing events isn't rising at all, it's still stuck at 0 and I've watched over 10 minutes of a steam, this has been happening since the FFWC event, there's no problem when I am completing events related to Clips, this bug literally kills the purpose of this app.After update I am unable to upload any video clip and do a live stream.

Thank you.the application in general is pretty good I appreciate the development of it since it is very well elaborated for visual attraction but lately I have had a problem with the "watch and win" events it is not marking the points that I have into the live transmission, really to date I have not been able to fix it hope to be able to contact them developers... 3. I know it's hard to check the title of every clip, video and stream but some are completely fake and misleading, and needs to be fixed.
4. Thankyou!!The clip editor is really good and easy to use, but when when the video is uploaded, there are a lot of problems.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BOOYAH! Issues
1. Fix BOOYAH! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart BOOYAH!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the BOOYAH! App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BOOYAH!" » Open BOOYAH! » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BOOYAH! » click "UPDATE".
- Clear BOOYAH! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BOOYAH! servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BOOYAH!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check BOOYAH! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BOOYAH! might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall BOOYAH!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BOOYAH! then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BOOYAH! not working
2. Fix BOOYAH! Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BOOYAH! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BOOYAH! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BOOYAH! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
