Why should I report an Issue with Flixster - Showtimes + Tickets?

1. I am looking for an alternative movie app.Flixster is about useless... After the last major upgrade awhile ago this app has made it impossible to look at mote than one movie time seat availability and if it is not to your liking it freezes so you have to start over again.

I can rate films but doesn't let me leave reviewthe search bar almost never finds what I'm looking for and I usually when i tap on a movie it will just go into an infinite load screen so i have to go back to the home page and click on the movie again and keep repeating that until it finally loads correctly.

3. Clicking on titles rarely succeeds in loading their details, local theaters fail to load or aren't listed at all, upcoming titles are limited to 2 months.

4. It will just sit on a loading screen, or if you can get to a movies page it wont load the details/reviews.

5. most of the time i just use the rotten tomatoes mobile site because it's faster than this buggy app.I used to love this app and use it all the time, but after the last update it just doesn't work 90% of the time.

6. Movies often disappear from the list for a day when they first hit theaters.

1. Fix Flixster Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Flixster: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Flixster App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flixster" » Open Flixster - Showtimes + Tickets » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flixster » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Flixster - Showtimes + Tickets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flixster servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flixster - Showtimes + Tickets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Flixster app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flixster might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Flixster. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Flixster then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Flixster not working

2. Fix Flixster Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Flixster be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Flixster not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Flixster may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
