Zego Delivery Customer Insights

1. Very disappointed.Cannot reach this company at all, and this issue has been going on for years now, on the website chat it says there's no agents available, on the phone the same, waiting time 2-3 hours, I need a quote says to download this app to get a quote but there's no option to get a quote in the app! Hire more people?!The most unprofessional support team and company, I have over 3 hours in a queue by the phone.

Their customer support is always closed and the agents to chat with are always unavailable making me believe I don't think they have anyone working for customer support.Awful experience almost impossible to transfer chat or call anyone price has gone through the roof very very bad i feel sorry for my self i need a company like this if this was not for covid which changed many lives and livelihood forever like mine i would never ever deal or need a company like this.I have to wait for customer support to help a longer time then should and they don't even fix the issues and the given tasks.

3. In the app I'm waiting for over 2 and a half hour to be transferred to live agent, the app is not working to renew your policy and is suggesting to call or to use the app that is not working properly.

4. It's impossible to get through to them on the phone, and when you finally do, be prepared to wait for over two hours just to address a simple policy change or any other issue.

5. You use the live chat and the bot gives you a link to follow, which brings you to the page that says download our app xD.

6. Last option I tried live chat .. Of course not working.

7. There's no support service, on the phone or on chat.

8. Been making numerous 2 hour calls continuously during your working hours since 3 days now to get the renewal done.

9. When I tried to contact by phone, I spend one hour and half just waiting for someone to answer still no one answered.

10. Customer support services is really bad phone/email, they don't care but they are charging a lot for nothing!Horrible !! Extremely disappointed.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zego Delivery Issues

1. Fix Zego Delivery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zego Delivery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zego Delivery App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zego Delivery" » Open Zego Delivery » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zego Delivery » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zego Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zego Delivery servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zego Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zego Delivery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zego Delivery might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zego Delivery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zego Delivery then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zego Delivery not working


2. Fix Zego Delivery Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zego Delivery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zego Delivery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zego Delivery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
