1. In addition, it has been showing the same consumption for more than 2 weeks.Good app just horrible internet we pay for 1 month of internet we get 10 days cause it keeps disconnecting and randomly stops working i do not recommend 👎The app was great at first but now suddenly it logged me out and destroyed my account.

2. Also consider making menus simplerI have been trying to pay my bill online for one week and it keeps on giving me error i used to pay using the app but now it has bugs that needs to be fixed!The irony is that the app does not open on my ogero network but everywhere else.

4. u better make a fix guys.. also app is very slow...i used to pay my bill online with my internet card but now im getting this msg : "transaction unsuccesful checkdetails and try again " noting that all details are true and the same card is used for other application with no issue .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyOgero Issues

1. Fix MyOgero Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyOgero: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyOgero App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyOgero" » Open MyOgero » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyOgero » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyOgero app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyOgero servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyOgero" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyOgero app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyOgero might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyOgero. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyOgero then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyOgero not working


2. Fix MyOgero Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyOgero be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyOgero not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyOgero may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
